The Ancient metropolis of Caesarea

First, we begin our Luxury tour in Caesarea. The Ancient metropolis of Caesarea which was founded by Herod “the great” in the first century BCE.

Caesarea was a major city in central Israel for more than a thousand years. Its main finds include a Theater, a Herodian Palace built on a cliff and many more, all of which we will visit in our tour.

Haifa and Mount Carmel

We continue our Holy land Tour to Haifa and Mount Carmel.

We start at Stella Maris Carmelite Monastery. The Carmelites are a Catholic order of monks, one of the oldest in the Holy Land. The Monastery is located on the north-west corner of Mount Carmel and adjacent to the upper station of the Haifa Cable car.

Additionally, We can visit Elijah’s Cave if time permits. A drive up to the Carmel mountains takes us by the Carmel Prehistoric Caves and the Carmel fire tragedy monument.

After lunch, we drive into Haifa. Built on the slopes of Mount Carmel, the settlement has a history spanning more than 3,000 years. We will appreciate the upper and lower views of the Baha’i Terraced Gardens and stroll along the main street of the German Colony.

Cana and the Wedding Church

After Haifa, we continue to Cana, the traditional site where Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ performed his first public miracle at the wedding.

Cana is best known as the place where Jesus performed one of his first miracles. At Cana, we will visit The Wedding Church – a Roman Catholic church dedicated to the Miracle. Many weddings take place in The Wedding church due to its story.

Some visiting couples take the opportunity to perform a Wedding vows renewal Ceremony.
